Social media began…. 2,000 years ago?! [REBLOG]

In the spring of 2012, I had the immense privilege of taking Dr. Jerry Kane‘s ISYS: Social Media for Managers course.  One of the assignments for this course includes bi-weekly blogging by the students.  Although I am no longer in the course, I continue to check out the class blog on occasion and I came across this gem by Sydney Getzin.  Although I haven’t read the book Sydney references, I most certainly will now.  Check out her re-blogged blog post below.  It’s a fun read.
