The Time JetBlue Accepted My Virtual ALS Ice Bucket Challenge

Who says you can’t use social media for social good?

I’m sure you’re familiar with the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge by now.  Wanting to challenge my JetBlue Twitter friends, I decided to do it with a twist.  The VIRTUAL ALS Ice Bucket Challenge.  It started with this:

Marty St. George, Senior Vice President of Marketing and Commercial at JetBlue, whose life had personally been touched by ALS, had previously participated in the REAL Ice Bucket Challenge:

But by the end of the day, JetBlue came through and accepted and completed the VIRTUAL Ice Bucket Challenge.  Kudos to them for good humor and helping promote a good cause.
